WHO QUALIFIES FOR THE PROMOTION

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION
To participate in this promotion, an Eligible Player must register via the QR code and make a £10+ deposit in one single transaction during the Promotional Period (an “Eligible Deposit”).
Once an Eligible Player has made an Eligible Deposit, a 100% Deposit Match Bonus up to £1,000 will be credited into the Eligible Players pending bonus balance (the “Deposit Bonus”).
An Eligible Player will also receive £50 worth of Free Play consisting of Party Dollars, Tickets for the Partypoker Tour Path Round 3 Tournament and SPINS Overdrive game plus a £25 Partypoker tour Path Tournament Ticket, the Free Play and Tickets will be credited over a 6 day period as per term 18.
For this promotion, the currency amount appears in GBP. Eligible Players will be paid their bonus according to the currency of their account, in accordance with the exchange rate applicable on the day of payment. The Promoter bears no responsibility for any exchange rates or conversion rates.
DEPOSIT BONUS SPECIFIC TERMS
The Deposit Bonus will be credited upon placing an Eligible Deposit and will be pending in the Eligible Players website account within the account section and will not be available to play with until the Loyalty Points requirements (as set out below) are met, once they have been met the bonus funds are released.
To release the full amount of the Deposit Bonus, the Eligible Player must accumulate 5x the amount of the Deposit Bonus in Loyalty Points (the “Total Loyalty Points”).
The pending Bonus will be released to an Eligible Players website account in increments of 5% of the Bonus amount as the Eligible Player accumulates 5% of Total Loyalty Points (as defined below).
Each time an Eligible Player accumulates 5% of the total Loyalty Points required, they will receive a 5% share of the Bonus amount (the “Cleared Bonus”).
Each portion of the Cleared Bonus will be credited in Cash to the Eligible Player's website account automatically once the Eligible Player reaches the Total Loyalty Points requirement.
Each released portion of the Deposit Bonus will be credited as Cash to the Eligible Player's account automatically once the Eligible Player reaches the 5% the Total Loyalty Points requirement.
An Eligible Player will earn 1 Loyalty Point for every $1 (or currency equivalent) played in Poker rake.
The Total Loyalty Points must be accumulated within 90 days of the Eligible Deposit date.
Any portions of the Deposit Bonus that are not released within 90 days from when the Eligible Deposit was made, will expire and will be forfeited.
Eligible Players can withdraw their Cash funds at any time before the Total Loyalty Points requirements have been met, however any Deposit Bonus increments that have not yet been met will be forfeited.
Example:
Player “A” makes an Eligible Deposit of £20 and receives a pending Deposit Bonus of £20.
To release the full amount of the Deposit Bonus (£20), Player “A” must accumulate 5 x 20 = 100 Total Loyalty Points within 90 days from the Eligible Deposit date.
The pending Deposit Bonus will be divided in 20 bonus portions of £1 each meaning 5% of the total pending Deposit Bonus.
When Player “A” accumulates 5% of the Total Loyalty Points required (i.e. 5 Loyalty Points), 5% of the Deposit Bonus (£1) will be released.
£50 FREE PLAY SPECIFIC TERMS
The £50 Free Play will be credited to an Eligible Players website account over a six-day period, as detailed below:

PARTY DOLLARS SPECIFIC TERMS.
Party Dollars will be credited to an Eligible Players website account automatically each day over a 6 day period from the date the Eligible Deposit is made.
Party Dollars can be used in any Poker game excluding heads-up games.
Party Dollars do not have an expiry date.
Party Dollars cannot be sold or transferred to other Eligible Players.
Party Dollars are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Tournament Tickets will be credited to an Eligible Player's website account automatically on Day 1, Day 3 and Day 6 as per term 18 from the date the Eligible Deposit is made.

Day 1 – 1x £25 Partypoker Tour Path Round 4 ticket
Day 3 – 1x £5 Partypoker Tour Path Round 3 ticket
Day 6 – 2x £5 Partypoker Tour Path Round 3 tickets.
Tournament Tickets can be found in the “My Tickets” section of the Eligible Players website account.
Tournament Tickets will expire 14 days after the issued date.
Tournament Tickets cannot be sold or transferred to other Eligible Players.
Tournament Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS
This Promotion is organised by the company defined in the Terms and Conditions applicable to an Eligible Player and their Website account (the “Promoter”).
The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in.
