WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

are eligible to receive Website promotions.

This Promotion is part of a network-wide offer. The Promotion is offered across multiple brands within the Entain Group. Prizes in this Promotion will be awarded from a shared prize pool and distributed among all eligible winners across participating brands.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION
To participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Player must buy-into any SPINS Overdrive game each day to rank on a daily leaderboard. There will be six leaderboards depending on the buy-in ($0.25, $1, $3, $5, $10, $20 as per the table below).
To rank on the leaderboard, Eligible Players would need to accumulate points by playing the SPINS Overdrive games. The formula used for each leaderboard is as follows (√buy-in/2 + √wins):
Buy-in = entry cost for the SPINS OVERDRIVE game (fee excluded). For example, for a SPINS OVERDRIVE game of $1, the buy-in in the formula is $0.92 ($1 – $0.08 fee)
Wins = amount of money won in the SPINS OVERDRIVE game.
Example – if the multiplier in a $0.25 buy-in SPINS overdrive game is 5x, the win amount for the leaderboard formula will be 1.25. (√0.92/2 + √1.25) = 1.59 points for the leaderboard for the winning player.
Only players finishing “in the money” will receive leaderboard points, please for the SPINS overdrive dynamic structure.
An Eligible Player can participate in all available daily six leaderboards.
Eligible Players can check their rank and points throughout the day on the Leaderboards within the current standings page.
Eligible Players with the same score on the leaderboard and the same position will receive the same prize as shown on the promotional page for the position they share.
All prizes will be in Party Dollars (“P$”).
PARTY DOLLARS (P$) SPECIFIC CONDITIONS
Party Dollars will be credited to the winning Eligible Player’s Website account 24 hours after the end of each Daily Poker Leaderboard.
Eligible Players will not be notified of their win, prizes can be found in the Party Dollars account balance section on the Website.
Party Dollars can be used in any Poker game excluding heads-up games.
Party Dollas do not have an expiry date.
Party Dollars cannot be sold or transferred to other Website players.
Party Dollars are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
We reserve the right to cancel and adjust this promotion at any time and exclude players.
Players will be tracked to us to participate in this promotion.

The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations. This could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include safer gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this Promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
The Promoter reserves the right to change, end or restrict the Player’s access to any promotion, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons.
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify. If Players are excluded from using our offers or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions they are not eligible for this Promotion.
This Promotion will remain available to Eligible Players until such time as the Promoter chooses to withdraw it. The withdrawal of this Promotion will not impact Players if this Promotion is Active at the time of withdrawal by us.
In the event of any error, system failure, or any other type of error that may result in the crediting of funds, winnings, or rewards to a player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter will try and correct the error as soon as possible after becoming aware of the same. This means that the Promoter may withhold or reclaim funds or winnings in connection with the issue in order to place an affected account to the same status it was immediately prior to the issue arising.
Only accounts that meet the requirements described above will be eligible.
